Following leaks to the underground bridge link store area Midland Tanking was commissioned to design and install a remedial waterproofing system to prevent the basement storage areas from flooding. A combination of cementitious (type A) waterproofing systems and cavity drainage membrane (CDM – type B) waterproofing was used. A specially designed curtain hung membrane was applied to the soffit in the offices for additional protection from water ingress.
