The Property Care Association (PCA) is the trade association representing specialists across the UK who can be trusted to resolve problems affecting buildings. PCA members have met strict membership criteria to demonstrate their technical competence and service delivery standards and can investigate and resolve property defects.
Quality Assured National Warranties (QANW) supply home owners with the peace of mind that the project you have invested in is safe.
Workmanship guarantees set out the contractor’s obligation to remedy any defects in installations they have fitted, but this doesn’t mean that they will always be around to carry out the amends for you. Installation companies can ‘cease to trade’ for many reasons, including retirement, illness or a new career choice.
The purpose of an insurance backed guarantee is to honour the terms of the installing contractor’s own guarantee, where unfortunately the installing contractor has ceased to trade and is therefore unable to satisfy remedial claims made against their workmanship guarantee.
If a homeowner finds themselves in a situation where they have a defect in their installation and their installing contractor has ceased to trade, they can claim against the insurance backed guarantee and have the issue rectified, in some cases, free of charge.
TrustMark is the Government Endorsed Quality Scheme covering work a consumer chooses to have carried out in or around their home. When a consumer uses a TrustMark Registered Business, they know they are engaging an organisation that has been thoroughly vetted to meet required standards, and has made a considerable commitment to good customer service, technical competence, and trading practices

We also have some simple standards to help us ensure that our mission is achieved. All senior staff are qualified designers of waterproofing systems, all operatives are competent and diligent at all tasks, especially waterproofing… and EVERYONE in the company adheres to our way of working
