The site has permanently high water table so a dual waterproofing system was installed. The waterproofing comprised thick bitumen sprayed on the outside (see www.nationaltanking.co.uk for details), whilst the inside had a full cavity drainage membrane and drainage system. There are 3 outside areas, 2 light wells and a large open sunken patio
